DJG Design LLC provides building measurements, as-built drawings and CAD drafting support for residential project teams.
Based in Yorktown Heights, David Gelardi works with architects, engineers, contractors and homeowners to define the documentation needed for renovations, additions and existing-condition records.
Site measurement and drafting from supplied information are separate scopes. We agree on areas/views, access, DWG/PDF deliverables, fee and schedule before work.
